new pontoon boat
I just got back from the local stocker pond. It's a peaceful place in
the middle of the week, and I wanted to try out my new pontoon boat. I
caught a limit (6), which I just finished cleaning. The boat worked great.
What did you get for a pontoon boat? As a treat for myself for having spent 1 1/2 weeks in eastern Nebraska (95 degrees and 80% humidity during my youngest daughter's outside wedding at Arbor Lodge with me in a tux) I bought a Fat Cat float tube and some Force Fins. I have a Waterskeeter pontoon which I really like but wanted something lighter that I could quickly throw in the pickup and could store under the topper without deflating. Supposedly, the Fat Cat will float me higher in the water than my "U" tube which I'm looking forward to. I finally got caught up so will try the tube and fins out today.
